If I could give one piece of advice to parents of recently diagnosed children on the autism spectrum or other disabilities: Build your community, put yourself out there, find your people, and seek relationships. Don’t just look for support, look for good souls and beautiful hearts. Bring people into your life that will love your child as much as you do.
